Tennessee murder suspect arrested in Brookhaven | Crime
A man wanted by the Hendersonville, Tenn., Police Department for first degree murder and aggravated child abuse of a child less than 8 years old has been arrested in Brookhaven.
Randall Thomas Beaty, 27, was arrested without incident on his relative’s property in Brookhaven where he was living in a travel trailer, said U.S. Marshal George White.
Beaty was indicted by the Grand Jury in Sumner County, Tenn., this month on the murder and child abuse charges. Investigators learned Beaty might be living in Brookhaven, and the U.S. Marshals fugitive task force was asked to assist.
Beaty was transported to the Lincoln County Detention Center to await extradition proceedings.
